This place has a fundamental flaw: the pods are insufferably hot and stuffy. I requested that the staff reduce the temperature of the room, but all they could offer was a small personal fan, which is fine for circulating air but not cooling it. As a result I had an absolutely miserable night with very little sleep. On top of that, the space underneath the bed is very small and won’t fit larger luggage, so I had to leave mine outside my pod in the hallway. Also hard to find since there’s no sign.

Very clean, nice and helpful staff. The capsules are very private and feel like they are rooms. Breakfast was very good, try the kyushu pancakes.

Amazing facilities, top of the notch beds with private curtain and settings controlled by a phone provided to you. Very cool concept. Part of a hotel so looks very nice and elegant. They have a happy hour, but one of the bartenders was being super arrogant and rude as he served / drank himself for happy hour. He was so rude made a complain to manager for his behaviour. Very unacceptable!
