A better impression than some other reviews I have read. Location is great. Very handy to tram, volcano ferry, good aquarium as well as bus stop for useful city sight shuttle.
Tall people have to duck their heads in the corridor.
Large guest lounge.
Some additional staffing would be good.
Area has amazing history.

Dirty! The mattresses and quilts were stained. The sheets had been laundered, but without mattress covers, we were not willing to take a risk. They refunded only half of the money we had paid. When I asked if they often received complaints, I was told “It is cheap, so most people accept it “.
