We’ve had a great stay. The staff was really friendly, adjusted her speed of speaking Spanish to our level to help us practice. The hostel is well equipped, the room was nice, everything was clean.
You can hear the party hostel nextdoor, but the music stops around 11pm so we’ve had no trouble sleeping.
Location of the hostel is near the doc and some coffee cafés and various restaurants.

Nice staff and comfortable beds. Unfortunately very loud music from mr mullets. The hostel itself isn’t very social. Good kitchen.

We have just spent 4 nights in a private room, as visiting parents of our son and his friends who were in a dorm together. Having not seen him for a year it was so wonderful to be able to use the wonderful kitchen to cook and eat family meals together including a few extra new family members (the lovely Sidney and Bree staff members!) the hostel is perfect and indeed a lovely calm spot to rest after busy days exploring and climbing volcanoes! Prada the gorgeous cat was a welcome visitor too.
