I am glad I was asked to provide comments on this booking. This was our annual Girls Weekend when my Mom and her 4 daughters get together once a year for a long weekend. On arrival at the Bayside Friday night, they had no record of our booking. They did manage to find two rooms for the first night, but advised that they could only accommodate one room on the Saturday night (for 5 people). I arrived at the Inn to find the room was ever booked. After 40+ attempts to contact the website by phone, I received nothing but a busy signal. So I had to find another place to stay at more than DOUBLE the price. I lost my deposit and service fee to you for this. With all this stress and nonsense, I would NEVER use hostelworld again!
