Great place to stay if you want to do lots of exploring in the city of Lucerne. My capsule was nicely warm in autumn and had good ventilation. Slept pretty well.

Overall a pleasant stay. I never had to wait for the bathroom, and it did not feel crowded. The mattress, comforter, and pillow were all comfortable. Keep in mind the capsules are sturdy but not sound proof. It was easy to hear noise from your neighbors or if anyone was loud in the room. I did find a new set of earplugs included with my bedding, which I thought was a thoughtful touch. My only complain is that it gets hot in the capsule at night. I had to leave my capsule door open to cool down.
