-Cancellation policy: 24h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
-Check in from 15:00.
-Check out before 10:00 .
-At check in and following payment for the room we reserve the right to pre-authorise your card as a 'damages guarantee' to be released after checkout out and following servicing of the room and inspection by our Housekeeping.
-Payment upon arrival by credit cards, debit cards-This does not apply to Non-Refundable bookings.
-Taxes included.
-No curfew.
-Non smoking.
-No pets allowed
-Food is not permitted in the room
-Candles are not allowed

had a problem with tv controls couldn't find anyone at reception so had to ring a guy turned up who i met outside he took me to main building and said he would sort it 2 hours later i rang again he said he got waylaid with someone else. i think he was more helpful to other customers who were not working class dressed in overalls I'm afraid he made me feel i didn't belong in your swish hotel but i might add my money is as good as anyones however you will be pleased to know i will not be staying w

Pool dirty, not functional - misleading advertisement! Manager, not very understanding regarding refunds, who blames you for their own marketing/advertisement mistakes.
+ The hotel has really nothing to show other than the pool (which again is not functional). Stinky old room - Better hotel/Spa options for your money nearer to the beautiful centre of Cambridge.
