Really can’t fault this accommodation if you’re looking for more of a hotel stay! The staff were so helpful and attentive. The rooms were spotless and kept cleaned throughout our stay, and the beds were so comfy. The location was ideal - it didn’t take long to get to the beach or the old town. There is no bar and only a small outside seating area, so it’s definitely more suited for families. It definitely makes for a safe and comfortable stay to explore Hoi an! The hotel helped arrange transportation and also arranged excursions for us while we were there.The receptionists are nice/spoke good English, nothing was too much bother. When I left something in the room they contacted me and sent a drive to the airport to deliver it! free bikes good for getting around town - nothing > 10 minute ride. I would stay close to town and not the beach as it’s dirty/quiet.
The room is fresh/clean/has everything you need except an iron! Only -ve its very quiet
