Y Hostel - Youth Hostel ideal accommodation for travelers visiting the city of Palma de Mallorca in the company of friends.
We are located in Palma de Mallorca, 2.7 km from Cala Major Beach and 2.7 km from Palma de Mallorca Yacht Club. This hostel is located about 3.5 km from the port of Palma de Mallorca and a short distance from the Garito Café. The social club nightclub is located less than 1 km away and the casino of Mallorca, about 12 minutes walk.
Our reception hours are from 8am to 00 am, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The accommodation features a shared lounge, a concierge service and organising tours for guests. A terrace with a very friendly atmosphere!
At the hostel, the rooms have a patio. All rooms will provide guests with a microwave.

The hostel is okay. It is not very secure and the reception is not 24hrs, we checked out in the early hours and nobody was there and we did not get the deposit back. You have a locker key and that is it, access to the property is open pretty much all day meaning anyone can wander in or out. It’s okay for a quick stop but I wouldn’t want to have stayed longer.

Great hostel, good location, I am a make solo traveller and had a great time. The beds had curtains and comfy pillows. I cannot remember the guys name but the Argentinian staff member was amazing! Made sure I got to my flight on time in the morning when I was sleeping in, would highly recommend!

Overall a good place to stay. However some minor issues. The dorm room was absolutely too hot, you could not lie in bed without sweating. This is despite the claims of aircon. I was not the only person who mentioned this during my visit. We also had an incident on the last night where a random drunk managed to get into the dorm room and into a (luckily empty) bed, after throwing up all over the floor. But despite this 1/1m incident, very nice hostel with great staff!
