If you know yoga you can practice in my place and also you can do meditation.

Stayed only one night (that's all you need in Sigiriya). It is a really cool Treehouse/jungle vibe hostel. Staff were great with activities every morning/evening. Free breakfast which was good. A lot of insects (which is expected as your in the forest). Issue with the shower (cold/hand held). WIFI/service wasn't great at all. Great atmosphere throughout the hostel with pool and other games.

It’s a brilliant place. The majority of the treehouse beds are wonderful, and after a sleepless night on night one (because of the bed I was allocated to), they kindly moved me and I slept like a log! My only small thing was the cold showers - I really like a hot shower, but I have to say the bathrooms were clean and overall the place is super comfortable.
The food is really good, the drinks are nice, the staff are lovely. I would 100% stay again.

Great hostel and cool location in the jungle (be prepared for the wildlife though) Lovely and social - make sure to get people together for the rice and curry which is yum. Delicious breakfast included as well. Staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Kabi!
