We had a great stay at Bistu. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, also providing us with an opportunity for late check-in. The location is in a comparably safe area. You can feel that a lot if effort is put into providing a comfortable stay and I would definitely come again.

Lovely stay in one of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo. We felt safe in the neighborhood and the room was fantastic but more importantly the staff was very warm and welcoming. They gave us tips on the best places to see and advice on how to get there and be safe. They also have an amazing chef behind the stove whipping up some delectable food.
