Property Description
Soffta Surf Ranch is a homestay/hostel/resort hosted by our small open minded and friendly community.
It's the perfect place to have a vacation, meet new friends from all over the world and a good starting point to explore the rest of the island.
We have a big spacious property with a lot of plants and places to hang out.
It is located 50 metres inside from the sometimes busy and noisy tourism road.
Location is A+ and there are many restaurants and party venues close by and only a 250 metre walk to the beach.
It is only around 1 km to G.L town for grocery shopping and about a 5 minute drive to the famous Cloud 9 surfing wave.
Amenities:
- Common kitchen with a fridge and free drinking water which you are more than welcome to use.
- CR/toilet unit has 3 toilets and 2 showers (1 with hot water).
- Free Wifi for our guests(Smart rocket bro unlimited).
- Blankets and sheets(towels are provided for a charge of p50).
Mahogany House

We are proud to introduce our newly built private house in the Soffta Surf Ranch compound.
The Mahogany House features three bedrooms (two with queen-size beds and one with two single beds), all equipped with air conditioning and fans. It also includes two bathrooms with hot water.
For those who need to stay connected, the house offers high-speed internet from Starlink and a designated working space.
This house is ideal for those who want to connect with people from around the world while enjoying the privacy of their own space. The entire house is fenced in, providing a private kitchen and a spacious outdoor dining area.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge and cutlery, and towels and beddings are included in the price.

The location was good, but that’s also the only nice thing I have to say about this place. They have 5 dogs, and all of them (except the pit bull) seemed very aggressive, so I didn’t feel safe walking around. One night I slept somewhere else, and a stranger man slept in my bed while I wasn’t there??? There was also rats inside the room that I had to chase out. I chose to check out two days early because of all of the above, and I didn’t get a refund. Would not recommend at all.

This hostel is the closest thing to a cult that I have ever experienced. People stay for months, and do everything together. Everyone is welcome home here. You will not want to leave. My second night there in town, I met someone with a tattoo of the hostel logo. Don't worry about the cleanliness. It is a special place.
