I was shifted to another property a few blocks away during my evening he. Checkin though I was at the signature in before noon. I would have expected a checkin, as I was returning latter . Staff were great, but o felt it unnecessarily. The to oil m smelled of foul smoke

Staff did not want to help with anything, they didn't even look like they wanted to be there and gave attitude. Hotel room was full a cockroaches and the hotel club music kept you up till 3am. Location was far from tourist attractions but Taxi's are cheap enough

I landed too early for the Metro (10AM on Fridays)--taxi was 38 dirhams (1AM back to airport 18 dirhams). They wouldn't let me have the room till noon and didn't like me waiting in the lobby so "offered" me a room immediately for an extra $50. The room was fine, hot water, minibar, flakey internet but could feel the springs in the mattress. The "open at 9" pool was still locked at 11, they only put the chlorine in when I arrived--had to wait an hour, a few broken chairs. Wake-up call wasn't made
