Hostel told me they do not work with the website anymore for a long time and I was left without any replacement or refund. These cowards didn’t even reply to my email to return my deposit I have already paid. Never again!

This place did not accept our reservation. We booked in advance and arrived at 9:30pm to find that they are no longer using the website for reservations and had no rooms available. We were stranded late at night, and struggled to find an alternative place to stay for the evening.
