We are a modern Hotel located 7 minutes away from the train station Santa Lucia in Venice.
Well situated in the San Polo district of Venice, San Polo Star is set a few steps from Ca' d'Oro, 400 m from Basilica San Marco and 400 m from Rialto Bridge. The property is around 400 m from La Fenice Theatre, 400 m from Scuola Grande di San Rocco and 2.1 km from Church of San Giorgio Maggiore.
All our rooms have a modern furniture and ensuite private bathrooms (WC, shower and bidet). Our rooms provide also heating, WIFI, Aircon, Flat Screen-TV, a wardrobe, safety box, a desk and chairs and comfortable double beds (twin beds not available).
Our staff is available for check in but also to give you some information about Venice and they can help during your stay!!

Cancellation Policy: 72h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check-in from 4 pm until 7 p.m.
Check-in should always be arranged at least 72 hours in advance using the email address provided.
Please note that a surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours (16-19 o'clock):
- EUR 15 from 19:00 until 20:00
- EUR 30 from 20:00 until 21:00
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is at 21:00.
Check out before 10.00
The late check-in fee has to be paid in advance, the property will provide detailed payment instructions, for example a link or a QR code to a secured payment platform.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. All guests must be present at the checkin. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms and the property.
Please note that when booking a rate where payment/pre-authorization is due before arrival, the property will provide detailed payment instructions, for example a link or a QR code to a secured payment platform.

The staff memeber who checked in this idiot of a Scotsman was fantastic. Very accommodating, patient and informative.
The room was very clean, the foam mattresses were very comfy.

Excellent accommodation with great communication from the staff. Five minutes from the the bus/train and a 15/20 minute walk to San Marco Piazza. Nice bars and cafes in the area. No breakfast is available but you get 10% off the cafe on the corner which is lovely. The room has everything you need, including a hairdryer, towels, tea and coffee facilities and a fridge which is always handy. Cleanliness was second to none. Can't recommend this place highly enough.
