- Payment upon arrival by cash only.
- Taxes not included
- For non-Malaysian guest, RM10 is implemented for each room per night as tourism tax.
- No curfew
- Cash currency acceptance: RM (Ringgit Malaysia).
- Smoking is prohibited in hostels and all rooms.
- We do not accept children under 12 years old.
- Children between 12 to 18 years old must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

The hostel is placed far out from Tanah Rata and Brinchang. Grab is not widely available. When one of the locals heard we were staying at Cocoon he said “oh sh*t manâ€. When we arrived, there was nobody in the entire property. The door was just open. We called them and apparently the receptionist was having a day off, so we were to check in and find our keys ourselves. Copies of people’s passports were just laying out in the open. The following day there were staff who couldn’t speak english

A brand new hostel. There wasn't many (any) reviews when I signed up but it turned out to be awesome and clean. only complaint is that the walls are thin.
