Washroom was not functioning, we had to ask our neighbouring room guys and use their washroom

Location was near a dump yard. There was no view. Food was so bad. They served the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life. Staff was kinda clueless. Cleanliness could be improved since it's a reputed hostel brand.
