Property Description
Kunan is in the historic center of Cusco, it is a small and warm house equipped to provide accommodation. We have several rooms between singles, couples or families. In the middle of which is the waiting room, a space where you can feel the warmth of the sun.
Our location is perfect for tourists who come to our city since we are located on a main and central avenue 'av. Tullumayu 267', very close to important tourist attractions. So we can also find various highly recommended restaurants and bars.
As for the rooms, these have a private bathroom and hot water is available 24 hours a day, some of them have a window to the street, we offer free Wi-Fi, Netflix or cable TV. Regarding the cleaning of the rooms, we coordinate with the guests to do it daily.
Kunan Policy and Condition:
Cancellation Policy: 2 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

It’s basic, but a very nice place! Nice big bedroom, comfortable bed and TV. Staff very friendly, really good value for money.

Nice local hostal with a beautiful courtyard. Very quite location 5 minutes walking from Plaza de armas.
The staff super friendly and helpful. They let us leave the luggage.

Only plus sides: location is pretty good, about a 5 minute walk to the main square. The staff were really friendly.
I stayed in the single room which is right near the reception desk, it was super noisy and it’s only windows opened straight onto reception. The bathroom window didn’t close properly and the bedroom door was half frosted glass so I just felt exposed constantly.
Maybe the rooms on the second floor would be better? Rooms could also do with a heater as it gets super cold at night
