Was overall a good experience.
Good facilities and good food.
Du was very helpful with everything we needed.
Was definitely overcharged for our bus tickets we booked through the hostel though. Paid 750k where as others paid 400k through their hostel.

Not recommended at all!
We arrived around 10 PM and waited in a lobby full of tiny bugs. The staff showed us to our room which was a dorm (we booked a private room). After they realized the mistake we waited for around 25 until they made the room ready. I asked the staff for a free snack from the bar in the room (I was really hungry and tired, felt like it would make up for the waiting), then the staff got angry and told me I am so 'f****** lucky' that a have a place to stay and I can sleep.

not the best hostel at all. very bad atmosphere. our private room was dirty (had someone else’s toothbrush and razor in shower…) also lots of hair and tissue everywhere. wouldn’t recommend :(
