Exottica the Resort is situated approximately 25 km away from Srinagar International Airport. It is surrounded with some mind-boggling landscapes the guest gets the full aerial view of the famous Dal Lake.5 km from Dal Lake and 3 km famous Mughal gardens Shalimar
Towards the western side of the property, the guest receives a good view of Mahadev peak & Dachigam National Park.
The place is quite one becomes a part of nature here! with a sigh of relief in their mind. we have our own plantations of Apple orchards guest can visit the plantation and pick up the fresh apples from the garden with that said the property is more into leisure tourism.
People usually visit this place for meditation purpose as it is away from the city crowd. What makes it different from other properties is the reason is we give our guest a homestay feeling throughout there stay.
