It was a perfect hostel for us. Relatively close to everything and the staff and other travellers were friendly as well.

We had a terrible experience with bedbugs in our dorm room, and they infested our belongings. The staff admitted that bedbugs had been a recurring issue. The pool was dirty and off-limits, our room smelled of mold, and the shower was clogged, which we had to fix ourselves after the staff failed to. While some staff were friendly, one was particularly rude, ignoring us and other guests, and even partied loudly until 2 AM, only to later criticize us for quietly playing cards.
