Jawharat Bidiyah Resort is located in the Sharqiyah North Governorate of Oman, 160 kilometers (100 miles) from the capital, Muscat, almost 90-minute drive from Muscat International Airport. Jawharat Bidiah Resort 'JBR' features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, free bikes and an outdoor swimming pool. The rooms have air conditioning, a safety deposit box and a flat-screen TV, and some units at the resort have a balcony.

Jawharat Bidiyah Resort Policy and Condition:

Cancellation Policy: 7 days before arrival.In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 15.00 to 23.00 (For early arrival before 09:00 hrs., it is recommended to pre-book the room one day in advance with a full day charge. The Hotel may accommodate late check-out after 12 p.m. for an additional fee; subject to room availability.)

General:

No curfew
The Resort allows a child up to 6 years of age to stay for free using the existing bedding. Baby cribs are upon request and subject to availability. Individuals above the age of 12 are considered as adults by the Hotel.
An extra bed for an additional occupant is allowed and is chargeable from OMR 10.000 per night excluding breakfast, unless stated in the specific rate plan.

The Resort reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the Resort's property or structure.
All guest in-house is advised to pay a deposit amount at the front desk which will be refundable upon departure.
To ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of the facilities we offer, the Resort upholds a strict zero tolerance policy towards commotion, excessive noise and parties

Prohibited Items:
The following items are not permitted in the Resort premises:
*Animals of any kind.
*Flammable, explosive or otherwise hazardous materials
*Objects emitting a foul odor (e.g. Durian)
*Any firearms or other weapons
*Objects of an unusually large size or in unusually large quantities
*Articles related to use in gambling, prostitution, smuggling or other illicit activity
*Illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by the laws of sultanate of Oman.

The Resort reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest found to be in possession of prohibited items.
Guests shall be solely liable and responsible for all loss financial or otherwise, and damage that may be caused by such items.
