If you are a very light sleeper this probably isn’t the place for you. Plastic covered beds (with sheets over to protect from bed bugs I assume) and music and thin walls make everything noisy. Positives are it was easy to chat with people, you can rent a scooter there, and reception helped me book transportation (shuttle and boat) to my next place which made it cheap and easy.

nice hostel to relax at. has events every few nights but quiet besides that. can book lots of stuff through them too

I stayed in the 'superior' shared dorm. The shower was broken and the bathroom was full of dirt/grime. Bed was comfortable and a good security locker. Rented a scooter and had to pay extra for a helmet!? Personally I'd go to one of the local homestays than this hostel as they're cheaper and much nicer to stay at.
