Aurora Hostel is a fun, laid-back haven for backpackers looking to break away without having to leave the city. We are situated in just 100 mtrs from Mariott Hotel & 200 meters from Weligama beach.
At the hostel, our guests can indulge in Sunrise yoga by the river, surf by sunset and evenings in our Cafe with specially made recipes from Srilankan, Indian & Mediterranean cuisines, while a bicycle & scooter rental service is also available.
We also arrange day tours to Galle Fort, Dutch Church & LightHouse.
Terms and Conditions:
Cancellation policy: 2 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 12:00 to 23:00 .
Check out from 08:00 to 11:00 .
Payment upon arrival by cash.

Very quiet and peaceful place located near Weligama beach. If you are finding a place to chill out, Aurora is the best choice you can make. I was not going to stay long, but ended up staying more since I fell in love with this place.
Saranga, the owner, is a very kind person. Always helped me out. He is a great cook too. His food was the best i’ve had in Sri-Lanka. You really should try his food.
Overall, 100% recommended! Great food, great people, great view!!
