Beautiful closed Villas, with wonderful gardens and a small pool inside, to spend time relaxing; with everything at hand to spend the best moments of peace; We have rooms, studios and apartments of different sizes, ideal for planning your family vacation.

Located in the central area of Tulum, you can find a super market 'super aki', an Oxxo convenience store and the closest restaurant, 'La Coqueta' Tulum, just around the corner; as well as a couple of various bakeries and restaurants just a couple of minutes walk away. You can find the bus service with a route to the archaeological zone/Ruins of Tulum, as well as bicycle rental and a bank with an ATM machine one minute from the Villas.

Each room has its own balcony and refrigerator, to have everything at hand to relax; all rooms have air conditioning ready to enjoy; the apartments and studios have a kitchen and dining area to take advantage of in family dinners if you don't want to leave the comfort; Likewise, the apartments can have an additional terrace (solarium) at the top. As such, all our spaces are decorated independently each and have a private bathroom and shower with hot water.

Cancellation policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 15:00 to 21:00 .
Check out before 12:00 .

The cleaning service is every 3-4 days in apartments and every 2 in Double Rooms

The rooms, studios and apartments do not include food service.

The waste of energy is harmful to the environment of Tulum, it is requested to close doors and windows when the air conditioning is used, and to turn it off when they are not in the apartment.

Loud noise is not allowed, especially after 10 pm and before 9 am.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas (terraces and solarium).

It is not allowed to remove bedding or towels outside the establishment, since they are for exclusive use within it.

The garbage will be deposited in the garbage cans outside the property provided for it.

Please, close the entrance doors and the doors of the same apartment for security reasons.

We are not responsible for theft or loss inside the room or apartment during your stay, please use the safe to store your valuables.
