By completing this booking I acknowledge that I have read and accept the Enigmatic Beach Hotel cancellation and No Show policies: Changes or cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival: no penalty applies. Changes or cancellations made between 48 hours prior arrival and check in date or No-shows are subject to a hostel penalty equal to total nights stay of the total amount paid on the reservation.
Check-in from 15:00 to 23:00
Check-out before 12:00
Payment upon arrival by: Cash (Mexican peso, USD or EURO) or Credit/Debit card (Visa or Mastercard). This property may pre-authorise your card before arrival.
At your arrival, by a new government regulation, we will charge an environmental fee of 1.78 usd per person per night.
Taxes not included - 21% (16% IVA and 5% ISH)
Not included 1 USD per person per night - 'Guest Service Fee'

*Please note that all our private rooms have a kingsize double bed, not two single beds.
*We do not accept customers younger than 18 years old.
*Wi-Fi is free and available just at common areas (We want to invite everybody to socialize in common areas and relax at dorms).
*No curfew
*Non smoking rooms (Fine of $50 USD for smoking inside)
*No pets allowed
**A deposit of $50 USD will be charged at the time of check-in for all reservations. In the case of any damages/theft of the room, the deposit will be retained. If the damage/theft is greater than the amount of the deposit, the guest will be required to pay the total amount of the repair/replacement. This deposit is 100% refundable in the case there is no damage/theft of the room.
