Hotel La Coleccion - Terms & Conditions:

Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled arrival date. If you cancel within this period, a penalty of 50% of the total reservation amount will be applied. For reservations of more than 2 nights, a penalty equivalent to the cost of the first night will be applied.

Cancellation after 48 hours:
In case of cancellation after 48 hours prior to arrival, the total charge for the stay will be made, equivalent to 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

There will be no refund in case of cancellations made within 72 hours prior to arrival, in cases of No Show (guests who do not show up) or in situations of reduction of the total payable.
