Anaho Beach club Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation Policy: 1 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Cancellation: For the accommodation service, cancellations must be made up to 24 hours prior to arrival in low season and 72 hours prior to arrival in high season.
All cancellations generated outside the established time will be charged 100% penalty.
Any cancellation generated within the term will generate only the charge of the value of the first night.

General:
Reception is open daily from 8 am to 5 pm. If you plan to arrive before or after these hours, please contact the property in advance.
Transport by boat ($25.000 COP each way per person)
Boats: from 9 am to 5 pm
Breakfast from 8 am to 10 am
Restaurant until 8 pm
Transportation to the island
If you take the boat transportation service to the island with us, you must go to the beaches of
Castillogrande, located behind the hospital in Bocagrande.
There the Anaho Beach Club staff will be waiting for you. Please share your arrival time 2 days in advance. Boat transportation out of the usual schedule will have an additional cost.
