Fair House Villas & Spa is located on the Maenam Beach on the northern shores of the tropical island of Koh Samui. The resort opened January 2006. Formerly known as Ban Laem Sai Beach Resort & Spa with a total of 72 Modern Thai Villas and Chalet Rooms with private balcony and terrace. The resort has a secluded private beach adjacent to the 2 KM long Maenam Beach. Fair House Villas & Spa is the best destination for honeymoon & wedding in Koh Samui. Our gorgeous villas and Chalets all have air conditioner, IDD telephone, satellite 29'TV, key card, minibar, coffee & tea facilities, in room safe deposit box, hairdryer, slippers, separate shower room and bathtub, bathrobes, hot & cold water, full bath amenities setup, turndown service and etc.

Cancellation Policy :

Low Season periods : now until 20 Dec 14, 1 Apr 15 – 31 Jul 15 and 1 Sep 15 – 20 Dec 15 (inclusive)
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one-night accommodation at the agreed rate on the first night, plus applicable tax and service charge.

High & Peak Season periods : 21 Dec 14 – 31 Mar 15, 1-31 Aug 15 and 21 Dec 15 – 31 Mar 16 (inclusive)
Cancellation within 21 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of accommodation charge, plus applicable tax and service charge.
