Windsor Inn Hotel is a Boutique and a WALKED-UP HOTEL with a 3-story building. 2 stairs up and 1 stair down. If you need help with the luggage ask for guest services assistance.
Hotel Policy:
Check-in begins at 4:00 pm. Check-out is required by 11:00 am. All registered hotel guests must present a valid, state-issued, Photo ID or Passport.
A major credit card is required at check-in for a $150 deposit for incidentals (cash is not accepted for incidentals).
Taxes of 14.95% are not included in the rates shown
A 3.25% credit card fee accounts for the processing fees for the credit card per transaction. The hotel does not keep any service fees.
The guest whose name is on the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be the one checking in upon arrival.
The Windsor Inn is a smoke-free and pet-free hotel. Any evidence of smoking or pets in the suite will incur a $300 excessive clean-up fee.
Our property only has non-smoking rooms. We guide our guests to the nearest smoking area if needed.
Guarantee Policy:

This was perfect for what my boyfriend and I were looking for after seeing a show at the 9:30 club. It was a little under a mile walk to and from and a ton of great bars/restaurants along the way. The front desk guy was humble and honest. No frills. Just a dated but classic hotel great for crashing after a night out.

I was unclear about the breakdown of the cost of the room and the staff refused to explain it to me, asked if it was my first time staying there, sent me to a room in horrible condition, and once I left I was unable to find my umbrella which was taken from a bag I left at the front desk.

We really enjoyed our stay at Windsor Inn Hotel! The Staff was really nice with great recommendations to the closest restaurants. The room was old fashioned, but clean and well kept! Our reservation said we booked a shared bathroom, so we were happily surprised by our own (clean) ensuite bathroom! A toilet lid would be nice, since the towel rack is located right above it... It's a good 30 minutes walk to the White House. We really enjoyed our stay here!
