Great place, perfect loction...walking distance from freedom Square in old city..everything's just comes too handy..Irakli, the host was just too sweet (Thanks Irakli for the nicest cookies)...our 2nd trip to Tbilisi will definitely have Skadaveli on our list

This was an incredible stay and Irakli was an amazing host. Thank you so much for looking after us. The location was perfect, the room was super clean, very comfortable and quiet. Was a home away from home.
It actually felt like we were staying with family rather then a guest home. So we ended up staying longer than expected. I hope to come back again soon. Thank you for everything!!

I enjoyed staying at this guesthouse in the heart of old Tbilisi. It was clean and unique to stay in this part of the city. Very central location and within walking distance from all main attractions. Beautiful balcony to enjoy your coffee in a peaceful, historic area. The owner Iraklı and the staff were really friendly and happy to help all the time. I recommend it to travellers who want to discover the beauty and history of Tbilisi.
