LOCATION: Right between the Old Town and the Center of Riga, directly next to all main transport hubs and only a few steps away from a supermarket, Cinnamon Sally probably has the best location in town.
COMFORT: Freshly made beds with big towels, big lockers for shared rooms. All the showers are private and lockable. Free internet and high-speed WiFi in the entire hostel, 12 PM check-out.
SOCIALIZING: A big and comfortable common room and a fully equipped kitchen is there for you to socialize and enjoy a cold beer from Cinnamon Sally's Beer Fridge.
INFORMATION: Information on Riga and Latvia is supplied and updated by staff who are locals with plenty of hostel experience and good language skills. You will receive a free map of Riga upon your arrival and enough information to get you around Riga for a few exciting and informative days.

Great hostel - brilliant location really close to the train and bus stations, secure, clean, helpful staff. Free breakfast was spectacular. Could have done with more bathrooms, and without air conditioning would be hot in the summer. Apart from that, great.

Enjoyed the free breakfast, could smell the waffles from my room which made me hungry lol.
Hostel is located inside a McDonald's and wasn't the easiest to find/get into (another traveller helped me and later in the week I helped someone else) - instructions for entering should be much clearer and sent in their own email just before arrival date. Otherwise great location close to the train/bus station and old town. Felt safe with code/fob access, despite room never being locked.

Cinnamon Sallys was one of the best hostels on my trip so far, the atmosphere was great, place was clean and its right in the center of the city next to the train station. This is all not even mentioning that they have a free breakfast. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and it was an easy walk to most places around the city. They also had bikes and kayaks for rent but I did not choose to use them.
