Bologna is a familiar Guesthouse for students located in the university area at porta san vitale in the old city. The flat is on the first floor on the left of an old-style building.
**IMPORTANT** Please read carefully our terms and conditions.
Please note you need to CONFIRM THE ARRIVAL TIME, PROVIDE YOUR CREDIT CARD CVV CODE, and a VALID PHONE NUMBER directly to the property in order to confirm the booking, OTHERWISE, THE BOOKING WILL BE CANCELED.
Please contact the host for the payment.
All the above details need to be confirmed within 12 hours from the booking time. For bookings with arrival on the same day, the details need to be confirmed before 2 pm.
In case of NON-REFUNDABLE bookings we will send you a link by email and this is the only payment method accepted. Failure to pay through the provided link will result in the BOOKING CANCELLATION.
This property might pre-authorize your credit card in order to confirm your booking. This property might charge the total amount of the booking 3 days before arrival.
All the information regarding the floor/bell of the accommodation will be given after confirming the arrival time.
This property requires the confirmation of card details and CVV
The payment will be made by the hostel when the free cancellation ends.
Breakfast is charged at 5 euros the luggage deposit costs ten euros per person.
** Very Important: Respect Check-In Time. For any modification time, you need to advise via WhatsApp in advance the property before arrival in order to organize.
Respect the common space we are not responsible for the object of the guests left in the rooms
Please note, from 9am to 2 pm during the hosting workshop it s not possible to stay on the bed.
Check-in time ONLY from 4 pm to 6 pm . After 6pm until 8pm the extra cost is 10€ per hour. From 8pm - 10pm the extra cost is 20€ per hour.
Check-in is NOT AVAILABLE before 4 pm and after 6 pm
Check-out max 9.00
No luggage service after the check out.

Taxes are added to your total payable on your confirmation email.

It was terrible to get in! There is no sign outside the door, just an apartment house and no one answered my emails or my call. I stood there for half an hour sweating in the heat and the only person helping me was the pharmacy guy next door.
Not even a sign at the door bell!
And then only paying by cash and i always felt the creepy old guy who at the end opened for me would watch me in my sleep

The host is terrible. There is no labels on the door ring and we had a hard time finding the place. The place was stinky and 5 people stayed in the same room with no privacy and hygiene. It says bed and breakfast but there was not breakfast. Never gonna try it again.

We got there and had to wait for a resident of the building that the hostel is in to let us in, the woman who runs it didn’t answer the door bell or her phone. We had to be led up to a hostel by a seemingly random old man who could have been leading us anywhere we wouldn’t have known. When we did get into the place the woman was rude to us and declared we were late, also tried to charge us more than website had said but I shut her down immediately. Apart from that was fine if a bit strange
