Excellent location if you don't mind noise at night.
Re: cleanliness, I found a loose pill between the sheets and the mattress. When I changed rooms, the next bed had crumbs of food and hair between the mattress and the sheets. They gave me an extra sheet and housekeeping later cleaned the mattress better.
They make you drop your keys off at reception whenever you leave the building. Not sure how common this is.

Pretty small room. TV was not set up and no remote. Not very quiet - could hear facility staff doing maintenance at night
