Even though our stay was short, the neighborhood’s flavor was immediately apparent busy and culturally diverse. The hotel staff was helpful and very attentive. The room was clean, but was in some disrepair...lights needed replacing, electrical sockets not working. We enjoyed a great meal at Dutch Kills just around the corner. If you want to experience a real New York neighborhood the Hotel Nesva is the place.

Great place to stay. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was great. Hostel/hotel was only a subway ride away from Manhattan.
