Loved my time at Manena hostel, everything was perfect. The atmosphere was always lively, toilets extremely clean, breakfast service had lots of options and it was really worth my money. The location could be better because it was in the old city very close to a lot of dark alleyways, didn’t feel so safe at night sometimes.

I enjoyed my stay at this hostel! Met some lovely folks and loved exploring Genova! You have to be out of your room for the cleaning times which I wasn’t used to, but one day I was tired from my train travel and the staff let me sleep through the cleaning :). Overall I would come back but stay in a bigger dorm to be around other women, as I don’t love being the only girl in a room of older men.
