The charming Hotel Rita Major Firenze dates back to 1700 and offers warm hospitality in the city center of Florence.
The hotel is located a few steps from the most important museums and monuments and is easily accessible from the boulevards and ring roads surrounding the city. It is located in a quiet and lovely garden, situated in a quiet residential area of Florence.
For over 50 years our family welcome guests with a friendly welcome in a warm atmosphere.The rooms are spacious and bright all with private bathrooms, some with the preparation for the disabled, others have air conditioning all with satellite TV, most have private bathrooms. The hotel also has some areas in common, such as a bar, a tea room with TV and comfortable lodge for breakfast.

Check in from 14.00 To 24.00
Check out before 11.00
Continental breakfast included
Taxes not included (city tax of 4,50 per person/night)
A child under the age of 5 can stay in existing beds for a surcharge of € 10.00
Up to two adults are charged 25,00 per person/night for extra beds
Private Garage is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs 15,00 per day

Would recommend. Staff is really friendly and always present. Room and premises are clean. A (little) bit farther away from Centro Storico, but the walk is easy to do (and nice to have after a big diner). The A/C wasn’t that powerful, but still there and better than nothing in hot Italy. In any case, can’t beat value for money in Florence imo.

Amazing hotel! The staff member that checked me in gave me a map and pointed out the main sights and recommendations. Room was so nice and clean. Staff all very professional and helpful. Felt safe. Best hotel I’ve been to yet.
