The room was very clean, great to have towels provided and great idea to have an extra changing room and sink in addition to the bathroom. One the down side, have one shower and toilet in the same space shared between 6 people means that if one person is using the shower or toilet, all the others have to wait. It would be good to have extra toilets & showers accessible. Wifi not great in the room on level 4. The hostel is very nice, clean, modern. Doesn't really feel like a "fun" hostel though.

Ciarus was a nice place to stay. The people at reception are very patient and helpful. Only if there was a restaurant or cafe inside the hostel or even a small stove inside or near the rooms for quick ready to cook meals, it would have been great. They've breakfast in the morning but for dinner they don't have a lot of options.
I met amazing people at the hostel. Even the receptionist made me feel very comfortable when I felt like I lost my card. She immediately started to search it.

A great hostel. As a solo female traveller I felt totally safe and welcome there. The staff at reception were very warm and attentive. The room was clean and well set up - it was great to have a toilet and shower en suite. There are lockers at reception but it would be great to have a lockable cupboard in the room. If it had a/c I would give it 10/10!
