La Casa Cuencana has what you need and I couldnt have asked for a better location. However, its in 3-4 separate buildings, which had the effect of really thinning out the guest concentration (low during the season or weekdays) which made it quite empty. It lacked a social atmosphere because of this.

The rates advertised was misleading and we had to pay double. We never had hot water and nor daily fresh towels. The bedding was clean but the mattress was horrible. We will not stay there agin
