Staff not helpful we did not have hot water in the room we did not have heater we get sick of the cold nest inside the room ask the staff not very helpful at all if they can turn on the heater they said is not heater at all in the building not breakfast it was awfull experience will never recommended

The room stunk of cigarettes and there was even an end of a cigarette next to the bed. The curtains didnâ€™t fully cover the window in the bathroom or the room so you felt no sense of privacy and the light would wake you up in the morning. Hairs all over the bed when we got there and the whole room felt grotty. As soon as you enter the building it feels eerie. The worst thing was our window got blew open and wouldnâ€™t shut all day and it was freezing. Staff was unapologetic about this.
