Staff here don't care. There was an assault on the 4th floor. It woke up the whole floor, the next day I found out it woke people down on the 2nd floor too. The hotel staff didn't respond to it. Residents had to intervene. When we complained they didn't care, did nothing about it. The police should have been called it was horribly violent. The guest continued to stay in the hotel. Walls are very thin, we could hear everything from the surrounding rooms. I wouldn't stay again.
