Aruba Harmony

Vi bodde på Aruba Harmony en vecka. Lägenheten var fräsch med eget badrum och kök, boendet kändes också väldigt tryggt pch låg i ett lugnt område. Dock hade vi extremt mycket strul med vår bokning, jag har aldrig varit med om något liknande. Allt verkar vara väldigt rörigt och ingen har riktigt koll på något. Trots att jag pratat med ägaren över 10 gånger i telefon (pga de problem vi hade med bokningen) visste de fortfarande inte om att vi skulle checka in när vi väl kom till Aruba.

You need a taxi or car to get anywhere because it's too far to walk to any of the good beaches. The rooms were clean, but the staff was hard to reach and extremely rude. Check-in and check-out was the hardest times to reach them, and I ended up having to wait for extremely long periods of times for them to show up during the allotted times with no apology. They didn't have toilet paper in the bathroom for the first two days. I booked a private deluxe ensuite. They gave me a dorm room with two bunk beds and a double bed. The double bed squeaked sharply anytime it was touched. It was unusable. I went to reception multiple times and no one was there. I gave them 48 hours notice that I was moving locations but they would not refund me any money. When I walked around the neighborhood, there were stray dogs that barked and acted aggressively.
