Very unfriendly and nonservice minded staff. We had to ask for support several times, due to our designated beds were taken by other guests. We were seen as "problematic", and not as guest to be taken care of. The lock to the dormitory was very hard to open. In the room there were personal belongings from everyone - everywhere, laying scattered all over the room. Much traffic noice from outside made it difficult to sleep. In case of fire in this building, we would have not been safe at all.

The best thing about this hostel is definitely the location which is nice, safe and has cute restaurants and bars. However, the place was not very clean with people spreading their things over others unused beds. The toilets could use a deep cleaning as well. The staff was overall friendly but for some reason, if you pay with foreign card, they charge 5% extra. If you are traveling on a budget and just want a bed to sleep on, this place will do just fine.

For the price class I find this hostel to be alright. You get what you pay for. However, I really want to give credit to the staff for being so nice and welcoming. Especially this one dude from London. I didn't catch his name though. But if you're reading this I really hope you find your way in life.
