The property was very nice and with a really good ubication but... The staff really disappointed, we book 4 beds at the same time with the same card and they give us separated beds, and they excuses themselves saying that it was our fault because we didn’t put a note in our reservation making the saying that we wanted beds in the same room. When we arrived to the property there were 2 girls with the exactly same problem, and they were only two. That situation could ruin your trip.

Pros: Bed is super comfortable got amazing sleep. Aircon is great. Location is amazing. Cafe onsite is great. I didn’t find the music to be too loud that I couldn’t sleep on nights there was a dj. Facilities are very good - workspaces, gym, yoga etc Cons: Not really social at all. £75 for a private room but with a shared bathroom isn’t good value. Showers aren’t that clean. Deposit taken for key but front desk isn’t staffed at all times so if you check out early could miss getting deposit back.

Absolutely terrible. We stayed for 3 nights around NYE and there was no hot water in the showers for the 3 days. The toilets were filthy and stank. We had to ask for the bathrooms to be cleaned multiple times due to clogged toilets. The staff were kind but the place is rundown and needs maintenance. The pool was dirty and there was limited filtered drinking water, which often ran out. Expensive for what this is, private rooms were a rip-off. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone - avoid.
