kitchen was lovely and the room's and bathrooms were clean. I would say to stay in el poblado as a solo female traveller- I wouldn't stay in this location alone. Good access to city for sites but no great options or night life. The showers were hard to figure out either scolding or freezing. Honestly hostel itself was good free breakfast quality varies best days are the days eggs are served. would recommend if you insist in staying in Centro rather than elsewhere

a nice quiet hostel, not a touristy area at all but close to a D1 supermarket and not far from historic centre. Staff were friendly and you could borrow a metro card which was really useful. No social atmosphere as such and activities advertised on hostel world were not going on. Good free breakfast and comfy beds with curtains/fans/plugs
