+ good location comparing the price. 20 minutes to Termini and 20 minutes to Colesso. Staff was great, David gives good advices and usefull information about Rome. bed was clean and comfortable, clean shet and towel were provided. - poor wifi, bathroom is old and not very clean. there are no kettle and dishes in the kitchen.

The gentleman was nice and checked us in politely and showed us good spots around Rome on a map. There are lots of reviews here saying people didn't get emails about arrival time and we were the same. Even so we got to check in which was great. But the place was very unclean, shower was broken and cold. Their was mould everywhere in the bathroom and dirt caked at the bottom of the bathtub. On our last night all the power and electricity turned off so we didn't even have a fan, lights or way to charge devices. We could not sleep and even looked at other properties to move to at 2am. The fuse box was all working so seemed a bigger fault. But it was very unsafe and I slipped in the dark bathroom. We are aware it is a small guesthouse and not a hotel but for any price at all, it is not up to healthy and safety standards. I will await a negative response on here from the manager as he is not replying to my concerns via email.... Maybe they're email doesn't work?

From the time of check in we didn’t feel completely comfortable as young female travellers. The host was friendly and gave recommendations. However he assured us our luggage would be cared for after our early arrival. When we came back to our room, our bags were left unattended in the unlocked apartment. Be aware this is more of a shared appartement situation than a proper hostel. The bathroom was full of black mold and it was seemingly dirty everywhere else.
