Mi Llave Hostels Cartagena

Uncaring staff, for a place that they do not take care much of, charge me more rhan what the reservation said even though i showed it to them, Just wanted to leave asap from there, also if you are looking for a good hostel atmosphere there is none

The staff were really grumpy, they had such a bad attitude. The hostel is in between two very very noisy streets with loud trucks and busses passing all day and all night. The room we were given had dirty sheets, and smelled strongly of mildew. I wanted to change rooms, but the guy working there initially refused to even come upstairs and help, he just told us to go somewhere else if we didn’t like it. Eventually let us change rooms, but charged us a lot of money for that. Photos are clearly old

More like a cheap hotel than a hostel. There was no atmosphere, but it was quiet. Daytime receptionist was very nice but the evening one seemed cranky. Not the cleanest, but decent. Overall good budget private rooms.
