Hotel del Sud is situated at the southern part of Milan, it is just a few meters away from Piazza Corvetto where you can find the exits to the expressways.

The hotel is located in a very busy street ( Corso Lodi), a street which have a lots of commercial establishments like shops, restaurants and all other kinds of business that make the street lively.

Exactly in front of the hotel there is a metropolitana train station (yellow line, station Brenta) that allows you to reach the city center (Duomo) within just 5 minutes, and to the other various part of the city in a few minutes.

Room stank of smoke so bad I couldn't sleep. Had to sleep with balcony doors open. Bed sheets and curtains reeked of stale smoke and it was unbearable

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. When we asked if we chould change rooms, the man at the front desk said they all smelled like that. Cheap and decently located, but glad we didn't have to stay for more than one night.
