Noisy dorm rooms. The kitchen is just a sink, microwave, and fridge, and that's it - not even a fork. There's an awful vent throwing out a massive amount of air. Positive: lovely staff, and the place is clean

Really great place to stay in Toronto. Clean, comfortable, safe rooms. Free wifi and cable tv. Good location. It was very easy to get downtown by public transport. Walking around the neighborhood close by there are many interesting shops & restaurants, and all the services you might need. The staff is not very knowledgeable about Toronto (you will need to google answers to most questions yourself), but the front desk can do basic things like call a cab to the airport for you, and they're nice.
