had a very nice stay at La Posada :) but the dorms weren’t that clean and it was way too cold in there cause of the AC - we never got the remote control of it, so we couldn’t change it on our own

The hostel is nice and close to the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. Took about 20-30 minutes to walk to Santa Teresa. It felt like it was mainly tour groups staying there, so it didn’t feel the most social for solo travelers

A reasonable value place, but run by the staff for the benefit of them and their friends. My 'private bathroom' was in fact used by the bar and communal area. The room constantly smelled of bleach and the windows curtains couldn't be opened as the bins/washing machines etc were right outside so loud smelly and no privacy.
