The place is like a hotel with shared rooms. The kitchen doesn’t have a stove or oven so it’s not suitable for long termers trying to save money. It is just so difficult to meet people and there is a 2:1 ratio of guys to girls at the best of times. So many fifo workers or those just arrived intending to do so. I don’t want to dunk on the place because I have no clue how to fix that downside. The beds are comfortable and air con is great but it really is halfway between a hotel and hostel.

The ‘kitchen’ is lacking in actual cooking facilities and space, just air fryers and microwaves. Otherwise is a nice enough hostel in a decent location, can be as social as you like
